What a new version usually brings

Signs: endless loading at launch, a connection error with working internet, an empty pre-match list. The only cure is to install the current version. If errors appear after updating
First clear the app cache: Settings → Apps → 888starz → Storage → Clear cache. Then restart the phone. If the app still closes on launch, uninstall it and install again from the official site — signing in with your phone number and password restores all data, which is stored on the server, not on the phone.
For a problem with a specific feature — for example the cashier does not open — write to support via chat and include your phone model, Android version and app version number. That gets it resolved faster.
